A new family member!

Ricky and I are truly cat lovers. We couldn’t wait to get back to Kansas after the wedding and start the search for our first “fur child” together. We are so excited to show her off and announce that Khloe joined our family this week! She is so sweet and lovable but crazy and spoiled already. The whole family fell in love with her at first sight. Here’s just a couple pictures of her, but I promise more will be coming, for sure! We can’t wait to share her crazy antics with you all.

Moved to Kansas!

Once we had visited Kansas, we knew that we wanted to move there – especially to be closer to our nephew! Covid put a damper on our plans and when we had to postpone the wedding, the move was postponed, too. We were sad, but hopeful we would be able to make our moving plans come together eventually.

We are so excited to tell you that on November 20th, 2020, we said goodbye to all our family and friends in New Jersey and embarked on our move halfway across the country. We are still in the process of decorating our first home and adjusting to the slower paced life in Kansas.

We found new jobs pretty quickly, both working for the same company, which is great! We get to commute to work together every day and have lunch together. We enjoy Sunday family dinners with Mom and Dad, Tracy, Erick and Casey every week. We take turns hosting, but each of us ladies contributes something for every dinner. The family time has been great.

We are starting to make new friends and are looking forward to Spring coming soon. Here’s a couple photos of our new digs – we really like our new home!
